Job Summary Apna is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager - CD - Central to lead business operations across the Patna cluster. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and business development strategies within the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of regional markets to scale Apna's presence in Central Bihar. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the assigned cluster, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, business development, and field professionals to deliver exceptional performance. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and strengthen Apna's footprint across Central Bihar. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business value. Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and implement data-driven strategies to capitalize on emerging prospects. Monitor team performance through KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Ensure operational compliance, adherence to company policies, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cluster or regional management, preferably within the technology or startup ecosystem. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business development targets. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Deep understanding of the Patna and Central Bihar market dynamics and regional business landscape. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with high-growth startups or fast-paced technology companies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making. Fluency in Hindi and English, with knowledge of the local market culture and customs. Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple locations.
